My Emporio Armani Shirt’s Logo Fell Off Before Washing and They Refused an Exchange

I’ve been shopping at the Emporio Armani store in Istanbul for years and have always trusted the brand. But with my most recent purchase—a shirt—I’ve experienced a serious letdown. Before even washing it once, the logo fell off, and the seam under the arm ripped open.
What’s frustrating is that I’ve had similar issues in the past with T-shirts and a jacket, and back then, the brand accepted the return and offered replacements. This time, however, they chose to ignore my complaint entirely. I wasn’t even informed of their decision—I had to call the store myself to find out my exchange request was denied.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as high-end. I plan to escalate this issue by contacting Emporio Armani’s Italian headquarters and will pursue all necessary legal avenues. From now on, neither I nor my family will ever shop from this brand again. The loyalty I’ve shown over the years clearly means nothing to them.
