I recently bought an Emporio Armani EA7 sweatshirt, a hoodie, and a down jacket from Boyner at Mall of Istanbul. When I got home, I had to rush to a job interview, so I put on the sweatshirt and headed out. That’s when I noticed the sleeves were way too long—clearly a manufacturing defect. Later, when I wore the down jacket, feathers started poking out as if the jacket were a year old!
I haven't even worn the hoodie yet. I paid ₺22,000, trusting in the quality of these items, but the poor craftsmanship makes them feel no better than market stall products. I’ll be sharing this experience on social media as well.
