Columbia Sold Me a Defective Goose Down Jacket and Refuses to Accept the Issue

I purchased a jacket from the Columbia Marmara Park (Con-Teks) store for ₺12,600 on December 29, 2024. Within 15 days, it started shedding goose feathers from six or seven tiny pinhead-sized holes. When I showed this to the store manager, they confirmed the issue and said it would likely be replaced but needed to be inspected first. Ten days later, I received a message stating that no manufacturing defect was found. When I called to ask for details, I was told they couldn’t connect me with the inspector. Columbia does not offer a second chance or a direct contact for disputes. If they check their call records, they can listen to my complaint. When I brought the jacket home, I found more feathers in the bag, and when my spouse pulled on one, more kept coming out. Denying a clear defect as a non-manufacturing issue makes no sense. I will take this to the Consumer Court—this is not acceptable. The store manager saw the issue with his own eyes, yet the inspection rejected my claim, which feels like bad faith.
