Columbia Jacket Shows Flaws and Received No Resolution

I purchased a Columbia jacket from the Boyner store in Kurtköy Viaport, only to discover a significant issue after wearing it. Every time I wore the jacket, people noticed and commented that the insulation inside had clumped together, making it see-through in some areas. Since this was on the back, I didn’t notice for a long time.
On November 24, I returned the jacket to the Boyner store for inspection. Despite their 20-business-day policy, I received no response after a month. Following my complaint, I was informed that my request for a replacement or refund was denied and that I should collect the jacket. I can’t understand how such a noticeable defect was overlooked.
Boyner and Columbia have failed to stand behind their product, leaving me without a jacket during the winter. Their lack of responsibility and prolonged delays are unacceptable. Once I retrieve the defective jacket this weekend, I plan to share a video to highlight this issue. I demand a resolution for this unsatisfactory experience.

Here you go: "Here, there is no clumping or dilution. This is the response received. I'm asking everyone who sees the image. Do you think there is no problem?"
