Electrolux WQ71 P52SS Broke 3 Times but Teknosa Refuses to Replace

The WQ71-P52SS cordless vacuum, which was under warranty, malfunctioned three times and was sent for service each time, only to break down again. We visited the store to request a replacement, but they forwarded the product to the Authorized Service. Despite our replacement request, the service offered a much lower-value model instead and dismissed our concerns, saying, "Take one of the lower models if you want; otherwise, do whatever you want." We then filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in our favor, stating that the product must be replaced with an identical one. However, neither Teknosa nor Electrolux took any action. I will never buy from this brand again.
