Electrolux 700 Series EP71AB14UG Vacuum Stuck in Service for Over a Month

In July, we received our brand-new Electrolux 700 series (EP71AB14UG) vacuum cleaner, which we took to the authorized service center for the second time on November 2, 2024. Despite more than a month passing, it still hasn’t been repaired or returned. During our first visit, we were told, "There’s no issue with the device; it was designed this way. If it shows a warning, turn it off and back on, then continue using it," and they returned the device to us. When we took it back on November 2, 2024, they admitted, "We’ve received many complaints about these devices. There’s a problem, and their motherboards need to be replaced." They kept the vacuum, but even after more than a month, it still hasn’t been returned. We were told the replacement part is coming from abroad and that it will take a long time to arrive. I don’t believe this delay should affect consumers. Due to the inconvenience caused, I request that my device be replaced with a higher model, as stated in Article 9, Section 3 of the Warranty Certificate Regulation published in the Official Gazette, since the repair period has exceeded the maximum limit and there is a production defect affecting all devices of this model. I kindly request a prompt response regarding the necessary action.

No response is being made. They keep stalling. An interesting company...
