New Electrolux Vacuum Has Faulty Parts, Unhelpful Customer Service!

Just bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner from a store and ran into a big problem - the hoses and vacuum head don't fit correctly. When I reached out to the service center, they were adamant about charging for replacements. Even after contacting customer service, a suitable response was not provided. Although they are diligent in assisting customers prior to purchase, they conveniently avoid providing free warranty services when issues occur. I plan to take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board for resolution. Watch out for potential issues with post-purchase service!
