Electrolux Service Ignored My Request for Over a Month and Left Me Struggling

Electrolux has been a huge regret for us. My advice is definitely that no one should buy it. I've been trying to get service for over a month. I must have spoken to 30 different Electrolux customer representatives, without exaggeration, and yet the service still hasn't come. They just give us instructions over the phone, we follow them, they don't work, and when I call again, they repeat the same instructions. I filed a complaint with the consumer arbitration committee on October 4, explaining everything I’ve gone through in detail. I seriously regret choosing this brand. They basically expect their customers to handle the authorized service themselves. I'm not writing here to ask for help, I just want to inform people. You don’t experience this kind of situation with other brands. It’s disgraceful. I'm not trying to defame the company—just to warn others. If you buy Electrolux, you’ll be left struggling like I have. To top it off, they say, "If we come, we'll charge you," which is just ridiculous. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same thing.
