Electrolux Washer Warranty Repair Delay, Still Waiting After 30 Days
I'm really bummed about buying an Electrolux washing machine because it broke down and now I have to deal with the hassle of getting it fixed under warranty. I told the authorized service about the problem on October 23, 2023. They found that there was a malfunction with the mainboard and recommended replacing it. I've been trying to find out about the progress of the repair, but I'm still waiting as of November 20, 2023. They say they're waiting for a part from another country. Electrolux didn't keep their promise to either fix the machine within 20 days or give a new one as per the warranty. I'm not happy and frustrated, I want a solution to my problem right now. I'm not going to let this complaint slide; I'm going to take it up with Consumer Rights to warn people who might consider buying from Electrolux.
