Electrolux Did Not Fix My Dryer for a Month and Ignored My Replacement Request

On January 21, 2025, service came for my Electrolux brand Dryer. It is fixed with the camera records of our building. It was stated that there was a capacitor malfunction and waited for the part. On January 30, 2025, the condenser was installed. The machine did not dry again, whereupon it was said that the heat pump of the machine was defective and the machine had to be taken for this. From January 21, 2025 until today, 17.02.2025, the part has still not arrived and the malfunction has not been fixed. I called the customer service and informed them that the legal period of 20 working days had been exceeded and that a new machine should be provided to me. Although I repeatedly called and submitted my request, they did not return, respond or fix the problem. Why are you selling a product that you cannot supply parts for? Electrolux is a regret, a company that sells without being able to supply parts.
