The customer service representative informed me that the service would call within 24 hours to request an appointment. One day passed and no one called me. Four days later, I called customer service again, and they informed me that the service would come tomorrow. They still didn't come the next day. I called customer service again, and they called the service, assuring me that they would come within this week. Upon this, I called the service myself, and they stated that there was no installation record under the name they provided. I have been waiting for the installation for a week now.
