Electrolux Installation Has Been Delayed for 1 Week

A week ago, I called Electrolux customer service to create an installation record. The customer service representative informed me that the service would call within 24 hours to request an appointment. One day passed and no one called me. Four days later, I called customer service again, and they informed me that the service would come tomorrow. They still didn't come the next day. I called customer service again, and they called the service, assuring me that they would come within this week. Upon this, I called the service myself, and they stated that there was no installation record under the name they provided. I have been waiting for the installation for a week now.
