Electrolux Endanger My Life And Property

I purchased my Electrolux washing machine four months ago. I pleaded with the device for three months about the stain on the cover, the yellowness of the bellows rubber, the smell of fabric softener, and the excessive vibration. I called numerous times, but the authorized service did not approve the product replacement each time, claiming that there was no problem. On 19.03.23, I noticed an intense smell of burning and smoke while taking my laundry out of the appliance, so I unplugged it and turned it off completely. When I called customer service, the registration was reopened, and when I called the authorized service, I was told there was no problem with my device, and I was forced to lie. Even statements such as "the device burned out" do not represent the malfunction, and I was dismissed. The device could have burned down while I was away, causing significant damage; in this case, I'm not sure if the authorized service would accept responsibility. I'm having major issues, and they're not producing any solutions. It's almost like a joke. If a solution to these problems is not found as soon as possible, it appears that the Consumer Rights Act will be invoked. I will file a complaint for endangering my life and property.
