For over a year, I’ve experienced persistent cooling issues with my Electrolux refrigerator. Despite multiple service visits, three motor replacements, and countless interventions, the internal temperature has never dropped below 10°C. We initially refrained from taking legal action, trusting the company to resolve the issue, but our patience has run out due to recent events.
During a recent service visit, the technician deliberately manipulated the temperature reading by measuring at the back of the refrigerator, claiming it was 4°C, and even requested we sign a blank A4 form. When we refused, they left and falsified a report stating the refrigerator was functioning normally. Electrolux’s headquarters accepted this misleading report and photos as evidence.
To prove the ongoing issue, I measured the internal temperature of a water bottle placed at 14°C inside the fridge for 30 hours, only to find it had dropped to 11°C. I documented this in seven videos and sent them to the company, but they failed to provide any meaningful response or solution.
Additionally, the refrigerator door has detached twice, injuring my wife and daughter. We purchased this product expecting the quality of a global brand, but it has caused nothing but frustration and harm.
As of January 2, 2025, I am initiating legal proceedings. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their choice of brand to avoid a similar ordeal.
