Electrolux Faulty Fridge, Poor Customer Service, and Unresolved Issues

In 2020, I purchased an Electrolux wardrobe-style refrigerator, model EN6086MOX. For a long time, I have been a loyal customer, buying numerous Electrolux products and recommending them to friends. I always opted for their top-tier products and was satisfied until my refrigerator started malfunctioning. Over the past year, it has decided to heat instead of cooling on five separate occasions. As a result, I had to discard over 60 kilograms of meat and more than 100 kilograms of groceries. Additionally, the fridge's brand label fell off, and the digital display cracked on its own. Despite experiencing the same issue five times within a year, the service team is still attempting to replace parts. The Turkish service manager, Mr. E***, along with the entire service staff, have been disrespectful and far from customer-oriented. While I requested a replacement for my refrigerator, they have failed to replace even a single sensor in over a month because they claim it is out of stock. Consequently, I had to spend the entire Eid holiday without a functioning fridge. It has not been repaired or replaced by the Electrolux service team. Recently, when I contacted customer service to request a replacement, they denied my request. They mentioned that the cracked display would be replaced when the part arrives (without a specified timeframe). Today, I am forced to purchase a new refrigerator. Moreover, I will be filing a complaint with the Arbitration Committee within Electrolux. Due to the spoiled food, damage to my fridge, and loss of work caused by this issue occurring five times within a year, I will pursue legal action against Electrolux. The Electrolux brand is only beautiful until it breaks down.

You do nothing but provide standard responses. My refrigerator is still not working. In this summer heat, the refrigerator has been broken for 1.5 months, and they neither replaced it nor repaired it. I repeat, Electrolux is good until it breaks. If you think it will be repaired or the device will be replaced due to the same recurring issue, do not buy it. Electrolux sells disposable products. I will never buy it again, nor will I let others buy it.
