I purchased the Electrolux EW7W2612T washing machine on October 2, 2025. The machine is completely new and has not been used before. However, during the first use, it made strange and loud noises while the drum was spinning. This issue occurs in most programs and prevents me from using the product properly. I contacted the retailer where I bought the machine and am currently waiting for the authorized service team to inspect it. My machine is under warranty, and my invoice number is 2025000004556. Due to this recurring issue, I am requesting a product replacement. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken.
Even though months have passed and you told me that my replacement was approved, my washing machine still hasn't been replaced.
