Since the day we purchased our Electrolux refrigerator from Teknosa on March 25, 2023, there have been dents on the door. At first, they were not very noticeable, but over time, they became deeper. When we asked the service team, they said the dents might have occurred due to pressure during storage or transportation. Since we had no other refrigerator to store our food, we did not focus on the issue, but the dents continued to deepen. Over time, we prioritized function over appearance and noticed a more serious issue—our food started spoiling frequently. Initially, we thought the problem might be due to incorrect settings, but ten days ago, all our stored food completely spoiled, releasing a strong odor. When we called the service again, they identified a mainboard failure and removed it for replacement, informing us that it would take about a month to arrive. Despite requesting a replacement, our request was denied. For the past ten days, we have been forced to eat out, and continuing to do so for another 20 days would cost us as much as buying a new refrigerator. Electrolux sold us a defective product, causing financial and emotional distress. This refrigerator is clearly faulty. We urgently demand a resolution and do not accept a repair; we insist on a full replacement. If our issue is not resolved, we will take legal action through all relevant institutions.
