Electrolux Refrigerator Dent Replacement Issue

I've been without a refrigerator for a week. A refrigerator with dents emerged from its original packaging. The service produced a report and photographed the scene. On 08.11.2023, the replacement request with photos was forwarded to Electrolux AG, which they refer to as the main headquarters. Today, the 13th, there has still been no response to the request.

On the 9th, we called and asked that they provide us with a temporary refrigerator until a decision is made, or that we use the damaged refrigerator we own but haven't used. They also did not respond to that. They are purposefully delaying so that we will be without a refrigerator and forced to use a defective item. It doesn't take long to decide whether or not to make a replacement based on the photos.

I have the right to withdraw and request a refund, but this will also take time. They are aware of the urgency and are taking advantage of the situation. We thought Electrolux was a trustworthy company. Never, ever again.

They called and hung up after 3-5 seconds. Then they sent a message saying they tried to call but couldn't reach us. They will probably come here and write "we called but couldn't reach you."

Tuesday is over, the day the record was created. It's been 6 days since last Wednesday. I spent another day without a wardrobe. Still no response. They didn't call back after ringing and hanging up. They are deliberately slowing things down so that I have to accept the damaged wardrobe that came out of the boxes because I can't stay without a wardrobe. I will never buy Electrolux again.

They approved the change without informing me, but I've been waiting for the new refrigerator for about a week. The call center does not provide a date. It's unclear when the refrigerator will arrive. All my food has spoiled. I will never buy any Electrolux brand product again.

One of their headquarters called us more than ten days ago and said that the new cabinet would be delivered last Monday. Today is Thursday. Customer service, as usual, "relays" what I say, but they can't even tell me when my cabinet will arrive. This is the quality of Electrolux.

The week is over, still no news. I want a replacement cabinet, it's been weeks and that's not here either. They also haven't come to take their damaged cabinet.

I just called again, and they still aren't telling me when the wardrobe will arrive. It's almost been a month. I am without a wardrobe. It's impossible for me to express how regretful I am for choosing Electrolux.

Last week, we were told that the service would bring and install the cabinet at our home "next Tuesday." Today is next Tuesday, and in fact, in 52 minutes, "next Tuesday" will be over. Guess what happened, or rather, what didn't happen? No cabinet arrived. We called twice, once at 9:15 in the morning and once around 3 in the afternoon. They assured us that the cabinet would arrive today. In the second call, they even said, "You called in the morning as well, it will arrive after 3 PM today, and the service will call before coming." No cabinet arrived. For a month, we received sporadic updates about the cabinet, and all the updates we received turned out to be lies. There is no cabinet in sight. The strange thing is that the company doesn't even care about this situation. They are extremely relaxed. I asked for a replacement cabinet multiple times, and they didn't even bother to call and say they wouldn't provide one. If we didn't call, they wouldn't even deign to call us to give the false information that the cabinet would arrive "next Tuesday." They don't call. There is no communication. No updates. Our request for a replacement cabinet is conveyed, but there is no response. We've been living with a broken cabinet for 33 days. There is no cabinet in sight. Tomorrow I will call, maybe they will deign to send it tomorrow. I wish I had repaired my broken cabinet instead of buying Electrolux. Due to the sunk cost fallacy, we couldn't even return it, thinking it would arrive any moment. I could have exercised my right of withdrawal within 15 days. No cabinet arrived. There is no cabinet in sight. Electrolux is playing dead.

The service that said they would definitely come between 12 and 2 today is still nowhere to be found as of 3:18. It's clear they have a lot of work, but it's not my problem that Electrolux doesn't pay for more service agreements. We've been locked in the house for two days. I think Electrolux employs a "victimization engineer" to find different ways to inconvenience us; if I didn't know they weren't doing this to cut costs, I would think they were doing it on purpose. This is in no way my problem. I never thought I could be humiliated like this.

The cabinet arrived at 9 PM. Apparently, we shouldn't plug it in yet; we will wait until the morning. There doesn't seem to be any visible damage to its exterior. It took 35 days for them to replace my cabinet. Exactly thirty-five days. I will update during the day.
