Electrolux PerfectCare 600 Vacuum Cleaner Produces Smoke and Plastic Smells

We bought an Electrolux PerfectCare 600 washing machine six months ago. At first, we smelled melted plastic, and we thought it was because the product was brand new. But, two weeks ago, when my wife opened the drum, she saw a lot of smoke and it smelled like something was burning. We gave them a call and asked to set up a meeting. The customer service person said that if you squeeze the laundry between the drum and the lid, it can catch fire and make smoke and a burning smell. He said that they have received hundreds of similar complaints, and we don't have to come; we should try using it multiple times and check if the problem happens again. After that, we gave the Electrolux office a call, explained what was going on, and insisted on getting a solution. Ms. S**** said she would tell the center about the situation and get information from the service. Even though they said they would get back to us within a day, it's been three days and we still haven't heard anything. We ended up calling the center again ourselves. They told us that nothing has changed and the service isn't working. Now we have a problem where we have to decide whether to accept that we won't be able to wash clothes for a few days, or deal with the fact that the service doesn't seem to care, or the fact that the center can't help us, even though we've paid a lot of money. So, we want to replace the product because of the reasons and steps mentioned earlier, while also protecting our legal rights. If replacement isn't possible, we would like a refund instead.

When we call your headquarters, we repeatedly receive the response that there has been no progress and that Ms. Sinem is "waiting for news." There is no progress. The problem still persists...
