I made a car reservation with eDreams for June 25, 2023, with a pickup date of July 2, 2023. My reservation code is TR734999740. Despite providing all the flight details for my Istanbul-Bodrum THY flight, including departure and arrival times, they canceled my reservation because the car rental was scheduled for 10:00 AM while the flight landed at 10:45 AM. They refused to provide the car and withheld the payment I made. In our correspondence, they claim that they cannot process the payment due to the delayed flight. This is a clear case of a Turkish car rental company taking my money unlawfully. I am prepared to initiate all necessary legal proceedings to resolve this matter and obtain a refund.
