On November 3rd, 2023, I had a problem with the car I rented and filed a complaint, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. I rented from eDreams. I used my everyday bank card to purchase the car. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick up the car as I had forgotten to bring my credit card. Consequently, I had to request a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was not processed. I found myself abandoned at Erzurum Airport. I'm pondering the best course of action to pursue in this particular scenario. If I have to take legal action, I want to do it right away.
