Sidra Chain Account Was Deactivated by Mistake During Maintenance

I am a personal mining user on the sidrachain.com application. On 12 June 2026, during maintenance, I accidentally pressed the account deactivation button and as a result my mining account became blocked. Since then, I have not been able to continue my sidra mining activities. I have tried to resolve this issue by sending an email to sidrachain.com, but I have not been able to find a clear help center or support channel in the application. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint so that my problem can be handled properly. I kindly request that my personal mining account on sidrachain.com be reactivated so that I can continue mining sidra like other users. I expect my account to return to normal so I can use all the features again as before.
