I Booked a Sixt Car on eDreams But They Had No Vehicle—I Want a Full Refund Now
On April 2, 2025, at 08:15, I made a car rental reservation through the eDreams website, selecting a vehicle from the Sixt branch. However, when I went to pick up the car, I was told the vehicle wasn’t available in their fleet. The staff then claimed that eDreams is just a broker platform and referred me to contact another agency responsible for the booking.
This is completely unacceptable. I made the payment through eDreams in good faith, expecting the car to be ready as promised. Instead, I received no service, no alternate vehicle, and no clear guidance. I am now requesting the immediate cancellation of this reservation and a full refund.
If I don’t receive a resolution soon, I’m prepared to take this matter further—whether through legal channels or consumer protection complaints. eDreams, please do the right thing and process my cancellation without delay.
