eDreams Cars Refund Delay After Rental Car Not Delivered

On the night of October 3rd to October 4th, I rented a Peugeot 3008 through eDreams Cars, with the local rental provider being Essence Car, at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (Turkey). However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the rental company refused to deliver the car, stating that the reservation needed to be canceled. As a result, I was forced to rent another vehicle from a different company.

Following this issue, I contacted eDreams Cars via email (CarHi**@carrental.edreams.com) to request a refund, and a case was opened. However, despite nearly a month passing since the payment on October 1, 2025, I still haven’t received a refund for the amount of $122. Furthermore, there is no customer service phone number available for me to reach a representative directly.

I kindly request a full refund of the $122 paid via credit card under reservation number TR861534970 as soon as possible. I expect my issue to be resolved promptly and my refund processed without further delay.
