I rented a car through the eDreams app, but I had to cancel it within 48 hours, which was against their policy. But when I rented the car, I had to wait 30 hours before I could pick it up. Because my Findeks score didn't meet their requirements, they couldn't give me the car, and eDreams wouldn't give me my money back because it had been more than 48 hours. Instead, they took out 2640 TL from my account for a rental car that only cost 2440 TL. I didn't get the car and didn't get my money back. They didn't pay, plain and simple. I really don't think you should rent a car from them because if you have to cancel, you might not be able to get your money back.
