Denied Car Rental and Unrefunded Payment by eDreams

Hello, When I went to pick up the car from the agency after booking it through eDreams, the company checked the Findeks report from my bank and refused to provide the car, stating that it did not meet their requirements because it was not appropriate. After that, I immediately contacted eDreams and asked for a refund, but I was not given my money back. There was no requirement for a bank's Findeks report when I made the reservation, so I did not submit one. The fact that I couldn't get the car and that the money I paid wasn't refunded has left me feeling frustrated and angry.
