Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni Battery Drain And Mapping Issues With No Support

I purchased an Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni robot vacuum cleaner on 09/08/2025. From the very first day, I have been experiencing serious problems with the device’s charging time and mapping performance. The battery drains very quickly, it re-enters rooms it has already cleaned, and some rooms are not cleaned completely. During this process I tried to reach both Ecovacs customer service and any authorized service, but I could not get any response from anywhere and could not reach anyone who could help me. The lack of support despite the ongoing problems has increased my dissatisfaction. In addition to the manufacturer’s own warranty, I also purchased an extra 3-year warranty for this product. Despite this, since I have been experiencing these issues from the day I bought the device and cannot receive any support, I request a refund of the amount I paid for the product.
