I bought the Ecovacs T30 Pro Mini for a total of ₺43,000—₺35,000 for the robot vacuum and an additional ₺7,000 for extended warranty. Just 20 days after purchase, the device broke down. Since it was within six months, I requested a replacement under the no-repair warranty policy, but I was told it needed to fail a second time for the replacement process to begin.
Sure enough, the same issue occurred again. But instead of replacing the machine, they returned it claiming they had “repaired” it by changing some parts. What I received back was even worse: the robot was malfunctioning badly—starting on its own, failing to detect obstacles, and slamming into walls and furniture.
I sent it to service a third time and again demanded a full replacement, but it’s been months with zero response. This all happened within just three months of purchase, and I still haven’t been able to use the machine properly even once.
I’m now preparing to take legal action. I’ve opened two separate cases—one for a replacement, and one for the emotional and financial loss. MediaMarkt, where I bought it, also failed to help, and I’ll be pursuing them legally as well.
