On 18/10/2024, I purchased the Ecco brand Espinho Magnet shoes with order number P111532833, and both shoes have faded. I contacted Ecco, and they asked me to send images of the product, saying they would review and get back to me. Two days later, they called and stated that there was no issue with the product. I wore the shoes only a few times and always under normal conditions, so the fading is clearly not due to misuse. This was my first time buying Ecco, and I expected much better quality and customer care. It’s truly disappointing that an international brand selling a product at a high price of ₺7,500 would evaluate the issue based only on images and provide such a dismissive response.
