Ecco Refused Warranty for My Shoes That Came Apart
The front of the shoes I bought from Ecco last year came apart. Because of this, I contacted Ecco via email, but they sa...id it wasn’t covered under warranty since it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. I also spoke with customer service, and they said it was due to user error and that they couldn’t help.
