Ecco Women’s Sandals Causing Unpleasant Odor After 1 Month

I recently purchased a pair of Ecco women’s sandals, expecting the same quality as my previous pair, which lasted five years without any issues. However, within less than a month of wearing this new pair, they have developed an unpleasant odor, which is highly unexpected, especially for open-toed sandals. This level of discomfort is disappointing, given Ecco’s reputation and the price I paid for these sandals.
When I reached out to customer service, I was told they couldn’t assist me, which feels dismissive and unsatisfactory. For a brand that charges premium prices, I expected much better quality and support. I request that Ecco provide a solution or replacement, as these sandals do not live up to the standards I have come to expect from the brand.
