Ecco Shoe Color Fading Issue - Request For Replacement

I purchased a pair of Ecco shoes online on 06.07.2025, and after a short period of use, the shoes developed a noticeable discoloration that affected both their appearance and overall comfort. I sent the product in for inspection due to this issue, but my request was rejected with the explanation that the discoloration was not related to production. Despite using the shoes under completely normal conditions, I find this response unacceptable. I request a thorough re-examination of the product and a replacement of the shoes due to this discoloration problem, which I believe is caused by a manufacturing defect.
