On my last three EasyJet flights—today’s Geneva flight, the June 2 Berlin flight, and the August 8 Geneva flight—I have continuously faced baggage issues. My bag measures 32x45 cm and fully complies with EasyJet’s size standards. However, on each occasion, I was asked to pay additional fees for different reasons. On the August 8 Geneva flight, I was forced to pay €58 unjustly. When I contacted the Geneva Airport help desk, they informed me that the problem had started in Berlin and that they could not assist me. My reservation code is K9X35N4.
In addition, every one of my flights with EasyJet has suffered from significant delays. These delays often caused me to miss my scheduled car rental pickups, as rental offices close at 23:00. Because of this, I had no choice but to use expensive alternatives such as taxis and Uber, leading to even higher costs.
While EasyJet tickets may appear cheap at first, these hidden charges and recurring delays create a much greater financial burden on passengers.
I am requesting that EasyJet:
Refund all unfair baggage charges, including the €58 fee from August 8,
Cover the extra transportation costs I incurred due to flight delays,
Issue an official explanation and apology,
And take necessary measures to prevent passengers from experiencing such repeated issues in the future.
