EasyJet Charged Me €58 for My Carry-On at Boarding

12

On August 31 at 7:00 AM, during boarding for EasyJet flight EJU1959, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €58 for my carry-on bag — an amount that was more than twice the price of my ticket. This fee was requested at the very last moment without any reasonable explanation, causing significant inconvenience. Despite raising the issue with the staff and later contacting customer service, I received no response.

I find EasyJet’s practice unfair. To resolve this issue and to prevent similar situations from happening again, I request a refund of the €58 I was charged, along with an apology.
