On November 3, 2025, I experienced a serious issue during my Ryanair flight from London Stansted Airport to Vienna (Booking Code: K1KJMA). Although I purchased a 10 kg baggage allowance at the time of booking, I was not allowed to use it at the airport, and was instead told that I had to pay an additional £82.

This situation was especially distressing for me because I am currently experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, and I had purchased the baggage allowance specifically to avoid stress and strain during travel. Despite explaining this to Ryanair staff, no one offered any assistance or explanation, and I was treated indifferently.

Due to this unjust extra charge and lack of support, I suffered both financial and emotional distress.

I request a full refund of the £82 baggage fee, a formal apology, and an explanation from Ryanair regarding why I was denied the use of the baggage allowance I had already paid for. If my health is affected as a result of this stressful situation, I will hold Ryanair responsible.
