I Can’t Complete My EasyJet Check-In—System Rejects My Son’s Birthdate
I booked a flight with EasyJet for December 14, 2024, under Reservation Reference: K8LSBXX. While trying to check in online, the system accepted the information for three of the passengers—but it refuses to accept my son’s birthdate. No matter how many times I enter it correctly, it won’t go through.
I attempted to reach out via their live chat, but they told me I had to call customer service. The problem? There’s no phone number provided—nowhere on the site, no clear contact information, nothing. I’ve been left completely stuck, unable to complete check-in, and unable to get real help.
This is unacceptable. I'm calling on EasyJet to contact me immediately and fix this issue before our flight. I paid for four tickets, and I expect to be able to use them without technical problems and communication blackouts. This situation is causing unnecessary stress and needs to be resolved now.
