I purchased a flight ticket through eDreams for travel on October 17, 2024 (SAW-CGN) and return on October 29, 2024 (CGN-SAW), with a flexible dates guarantee. However, despite this flexibility, they are refusing to change my flight dates and are demanding additional fees. To make matters worse, there is no proper customer service support available, and I keep getting calls from UK numbers (+44203436900), asking for confirmations that I don’t fully understand.
