Warning: Dyson Online Orders - Delayed Refunds and Cancellations
On September 12, 2023, I purchased a Dyson Gen 5, but I returned it within a few hours and received a refund. Nonetheless, despite the fact that it is September 16th, 2023, and 15:30, Dyson has not yet processed my refund or successfully canceled the order. Purchasing Dyson products through their official website is something I would never recommend. As someone who has dealt with this issue, I strongly advise you to do the same to save yourself the trouble.
