Dyson, I Need My Money Back!
On May 7, I placed an order through the official Dyson website. I received a confirmation email, but almost immediately after, my order was canceled for security reasons. Since then, I have been waiting for a refund. Every time I contact Dyson customer service, I get the same response: "Your refund is being processed." But nothing has changed, and I still haven't received my money back. How can a global brand like Dyson mishandle something as simple as an order refund? If the order was canceled on their end, the refund should have been issued immediately. I am beyond frustrated with this unnecessary delay and lack of transparency. Dyson, process my refund now!
