Delay in Refund Process from Dyson.com - Customer Dissatisfaction

I got product on official dyson website.Payment was made but the transaction was canceled.And I called them to return my money back.They told me we have a legal period of 14 days.16 days already past but I still calling them to ask same question.They goes always same sentences.I suggest everyone to not to use dyson official website.
