Delayed Refund from Dyson for Unfulfilled Online Order

On February 12, 2024, at 00:05, I attempted to place a purchase on Dyson.com and made an error. Payment was deducted from my credit card, however the order was not processed. Despite opening a ticket with Dyson's customer support center, they continue to insist it would take 48 hours for an update, but it has already been 60 hours, and they appear stupid. Furthermore, the product is out of stock. They'll probably give you a refund eventually. This is what I mean by "customer experience"! Despite being a well-known brand, Dyson is startlingly incompetent. The quality of their products is certain, however, their website and purchase process are on par with those of a corner store. If I ever decide to buy a Dyson again, I will definitely go to a chain electronics store.
