Dyson Couldn't Provide Repair for the Airwrap That Won't Turn On

 They haven't given me any good ideas for how to fix or replace my broken air wrap styler. The device always turns off because it can't blow cold air, and the warranty on it has been over for three months. When I talked to their customer service representative, they told me that the cost of service would be 6000 TL, and they wouldn't even try to figure out what was wrong. Because of this, the device can't be used. Dyson's answer was disappointing when I asked for a replacement or a solution. They said they couldn't do anything. Even though this brand is more expensive than others, we chose it as customers because we thought Dyson would stand behind its products but this problem makes it clear that their commitment only goes as far as the point of sale. I have bought more than one Dyson hair styler and was planning to buy a new one to replace the one that broke. Still, I regret to say that I shouldn't shop with this brand because of how unethical they are and how little they care about their customers. Also, I'm going to talk about their policy of not helping when people ask me what I think. This complete disappointment comes from the fact that a well-known brand lets its products break soon after the warranty period and doesn't fix them. It's sad to see people act in this way. You've lost a loyal customer, Dyson. As a loyal customer, I won't buy your products for myself or my family ever again.
