I bought it about 8 or 9 months ago, and while it worked fine initially, a white light started flashing constantly. I learned this light meant the filter was dirty, so I cleaned it thoroughly, but no matter how much I cleaned, the light wouldn't go off. Then, the problems escalated. The large smoothing brush attachment started falling out of the mechanism. Upon inspection, I saw that two of the parts that attach the head were crushed, and the attachment simply wouldn't stay in place; it kept dropping while I was styling my hair.
I tried to contact Dyson. We even had a video call, and they gave me a number to call. But when I call it, it just says, "Thank you for calling," and then hangs up! I can't use my product at all now. Dyson, you need to fix my Airwrap immediately! Address the persistent filter light and the defective head attachment. Provide real customer support and offer a solution for my broken device now!
