I am writing from Turkey regarding the ongoing issues with my Dyson hair styler, which I purchased in 2020. Starting in 2023-2024, the main attachments began falling off, making it impossible for me to style my hair. Since it was out of warranty, I sent it to Dyson’s technical service on December 14, 2024, paying a service fee. After the head attachment was repaired, the styler was returned to me. However, two months later, the heads started falling off again. I sent it back on February 14, 2024, and once more, Dyson repaired the main attachment. Yet, by April 19, 2024, the same issue recurred, so I sent it in for the third time. This time, the service simply told me to "replace the heads" and use it again. When I tried to purchase new heads, they were out of stock on Dyson’s website. I even tried the heads from my sister's newer Dyson styler, only to find they also fell off, proving the issue was with my device. Dyson’s technical service has been stalling me for four months. When I contacted customer service, they told me I would need to pay another service fee of about ₺5,000 despite having already paid previously and still having a defective product. I have sent it in three times within a year, and the problem remains unresolved. Dyson’s approach to customer care has left me exhausted, financially burdened, and without a functional product. It seems Dyson is only interested in sales, with no regard for customer satisfaction. I will fight for my rights, and I want this to be understood clearly.
