Dyson V12 Slim Replacement Tube Unavailable for 2 Months
My Dyson V12 Slim vacuum’s tube part broke right after the warranty expired. For the past two months, I have been unable to obtain this replacement part. When I called Dyson customer service, I was simply told: “Please keep checking our website; once it’s back in stock, you can order it.”
Since then, I have checked the stock regularly for two months, but the part has never become available. Because of this, I have been unable to use my vacuum at all. I am willing to pay for the replacement, but Dyson has failed to supply it, leaving me completely stuck.
I request that Dyson urgently restock and provide this spare part or give me a clear timeline for availability. Customers should not be left unable to use an expensive vacuum cleaner simply because replacement parts are not maintained in stock. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, and I expect Dyson to resolve it promptly.
