We bought a v12 vacuum on August 24th. Dyson's official website delivered it quickly, but the low-reach adapter broke on September 16th, not even a month later. We reported it, and they said it's out of stock, but as soon as it's available, it will be delivered to our address. Some time passed, I called the customer service, but they informed me it's still not in stock. Today is October 20th, over a month has passed, and the part has not been delivered yet.
