Dyson V15S Head Malfunctioned Without Damage and They Still Want to Charge for Replacement

I purchased my Dyson V15S vacuum on December 10, 2024, and despite having no damage, cracks, or user-related issues, one of the vacuum heads has stopped working. When I contacted Dyson support, they said I would have to pay for a replacement—without offering any valid explanation.

This is completely unacceptable for a premium product I paid so much for (₺). There are no signs of misuse, yet Dyson refuses to take responsibility and honor what should clearly be covered under warranty. A global brand like this should stand behind its products.

I’ve already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. To anyone considering a purchase: read the reviews first. Dyson is not standing behind what they sell, and that’s unacceptable. I expect this to be resolved immediately and the defective part replaced at no cost.
