I Keep Getting Filter Cleaning Warnings on My Dyson V12

I own a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, and I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating issue. The device constantly shows a “clean the filter” warning, even after I clean and dry it thoroughly. Despite following all the maintenance instructions, the alert won’t go away, and more importantly, the vacuum has completely lost its suction power. It used to work great in the beginning and had strong performance, but now it can’t even pick up a single strand of hair.

I paid a premium price expecting Dyson’s renowned quality, but the product performance has dropped significantly in a short time. For a brand with this reputation, I expected much better reliability.

I’m asking for urgent support. This issue makes the vacuum practically unusable, and I shouldn’t have to deal with such defects on a product marketed as premium. Dyson, please resolve this issue immediately or provide a working replacement. I regret having trusted the name at this point.
