I Keep Getting "Clean Filter" Error on My Dyson V12 Despite Replacing the Filter
I bought the Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner expecting it to make cleaning easier—not more frustrating. But from the very first day, it has shown the same recurring issue: the machine constantly displays a "clean the filter" warning, no matter what I do.
I contacted Dyson support, and they sent me a replacement filter, which I appreciated at the time. However, after just a short period of use, the same exact warning popped up again. It’s become a cycle: clean, restart, clean, restart—yet the message never goes away. It feels like I have to fight the vacuum just to use it, and that’s not what I paid for.
I deeply regret buying this product. I don’t even want to touch it anymore, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. For the premium price I paid—₺—this is completely unacceptable. Dyson markets this as a top-tier device, but it’s riddled with faulty sensors or poor design that leads to false error alerts.
Dyson, this is your chance to step up and fix it. I want a permanent solution, not a temporary band-aid. A product at this price point should work seamlessly—not make me feel like I’ve been scammed.
Progress

After using my Dyson V12 model vacuum cleaner for about 7 months, I started constantly receiving a 'wash filter' warning on the device. Due to this issue, a new filter was sent under warranty, but the same problem persisted. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that the filter's lifespan was over, but no one else around me who uses the same product has experienced a similar issue. Currently, my device does not work at all and does not turn on in any mode. I purchased the device from Dyson’s own website, and only a replacement filter was sent under warranty; no other action was taken. I have not been able to use the device for about a year and I am quite aggrieved by this situation.

I request that my device be repaired. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved quickly and permanently.
