I Keep Getting “Airways Blocked” and “Clean Filter” Warnings on My Dyson V15 Vacuum

I recently purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, and despite using it only lightly and for a short time, it has already started giving me major problems. The device frequently shows an “Airways Blocked” warning and refuses to run on high power mode. When I switch to low power, it runs for a short time and then suddenly shuts off.
I’ve already cleaned the filter thoroughly, yet it keeps flashing the “Clean Filter” alert again and again. I followed all instructions, handled it carefully, and expected better performance from such a high-priced product—₺. Instead, I’m left with a vacuum that barely works.
This is extremely frustrating, especially considering how little the device has been used. It feels like it’s either a faulty sensor or a deeper defect in the machine. I expected reliability, not constant interruptions and error messages from a product Dyson markets as premium.
Dyson, please take this issue seriously. I want a proper inspection and resolution—not automated replies or generic advice. I invested in your brand expecting quality and service. So far, all I’ve gotten is a malfunctioning machine.
