I’ve been using the Dyson V15 vacuum, and despite having a perfectly clean filter, it constantly displays a filter cleaning alert. The suction power has significantly decreased, making it nearly impossible to clean properly. Even when there’s nothing obstructing the filter, the same alert appears repeatedly. This has made using the vacuum incredibly frustrating and inefficient. I’ve attached a photo of the filter to show that it’s clean and in good condition. I expect Dyson to address this issue promptly, as it’s unacceptable for a product at this price point to perform so poorly. Please provide a resolution immediately—whether it's repair, replacement, or guidance on fixing this recurring problem.
